Ship management

We could be of great help considering one of the six options below:

Full Management;
Technical and Operational Management;
Operational Management;
Joint Venture – we are open to discuss a possible partnership with the establishment of a representation/joint venture in Poland;
Chartering – we are familiar with the directions/flows and the direct contacts and charterers;
Agency – in all Poland ports.

Supervision

Arrange, carry out and supervise class, intermediate, running repairs and dry-docking;
Negotiate with all Poland Ship Repair Yards and dry docks;
Maintain ships to meet the requirements of classification society and regulations in force;
Arrange the issue of valid certificates in order vessels to comply with all international rules and regulations;
Supply vessels with spare parts worldwide.

Insurance

We arrange P&I, H+M, Crew and Cargo insurance. In case of claim we act accordingly – collect evidence and all relevant documents and vouchers, prepars the case and presens the claim to the insurance company.

Transshipment & Storage

Cargo Shipping & Fuel transshipment:

Direct transshipments of diesel, liquefied petroleum gases and other petroleum products are carried out at the Fuel Bases located at the eastern border.
We offer solutions for transshipments and forwarding in Polish and foreign maritime and inland ports;
Transshipment of products from wide-gauge wagons to standard-gauge wagons;
Transshipment of products from wide-gauge wagons to road tankers;

Freight handling at terminals

Handling of containerized goods:

Container loading and unloading

History

We commenced in 2021 as CP Ship Management LLC., being an independent firm with its headquarters in Gdynia. The company owned and fully managed 3 ships for a period of 4 years.

2021 the ship-management company CP SHIP MANAGEMENT LLC was established in Gdynia.

CP SHIP MANAGEMENT expanded its activities to full management of the fleet of Balkan Machinery Holding Sofia and Alpha Chartering USA. Among company responsibilities were the operational, financial, technical and crew management, offering flexibility and excellent performance through its well-trained, experienced and motivated personnel.

CSM has a profound experience in purchase/selling of ships and carries out pre-selling surveys.

The company arranged the purchase of m/v Balkanstar 4, m/v Balkan Future (ex Wira Zamrud), m/v Balkan Trader and fully managed the vessels, participated in the sale: of m/v Balkan Star 1 and in the purchase of m/v Swan, m/v Iskatel, m/v Fugro Navigator.
